RICS dedicated a webinar in July 2020 focused on the investment perspective, while now turns the attention on how the pandemic is affecting hotels, resorts and casinos from a project development and operations perspective, both in the short and long terms. We have invited a group of highly respected professionals and experts to discuss trends and solutions in the Asia-Pacific and European regions.
COVID-19によるパンデミックが本格化して以来６ヵ月が経過しましたが、ホスピタリティー市場の今後の方向性は依然不透明です。RICSでは今年７月にホテル及びIR市場に於ける投資からの視点でセミナーを開催致しましたが、今回はパンデミックのホテル及びIR市場に於ける建築デザインを含む開発と運営への短期的、長期的な影響と新たな取り組みをテーマにセミナーを企画致しました。
